OPRC Insurance

OPRC offers both club insurance and personal excess liability insurance.

 

Our club insurance is through Allen Financial.

 

TO REPORT A LIABILITY INCIDENT


ACCIDENT OR INJURY: CALL 1-800-2455-l005 to provide immediate notice to the Company of any accident or injury. Have your policy number available. Call your chapter President for the policy number.

DO:
  • Give notice of the time, place and circumstances of the occurrence or situation.
  • Provide names, addresses and phone numbers of all possible witnesses and claimants.
  • Cooperate with the Company in compliance with all acts requred by the Liability Coverage.

DON'T:
  • Admit in any way, guilt, or responsibility or negligence.
  • Make any payment or assume any obligations.
  • Discuss the incident with anyone other than your insurance Company representative.
  • Assume that injured persons and/or owners will not sue.

 

Special Event Insurance is also available to sanctioned OPRC chapters. The Special Event application is available through the chapter admin section.



Our excess personal liablity insurance is made available to us through our membership with The Association Resource Group. All benefits listed on the ARG website, also apply to our membership.

HOW TO APPLY

  1. Determine which policy coverage you would like to purchase. Individual coverage is $19.00 and family coverage is $38.00. Both are for the calendar year.
  2. Send a check made out to OPRC in the appropriate amount to: Kim Normandin, 595 Seminole Woods Blvd, Geneva, FL 32732.
  3. Be sure to include your full address inside the envelope. (On the check is fine if it is current).
  4. Upon receipt of your check I will mail you a Certificate of Insurance.
  5. Checks RECEIVED by the 15th of the month will result in an active policy as of the first of that month. For example, checks received by January 15th will have an active policy date of January 1st. Checks RECEIVED from January 16th to February 15th will have an active policy date of February 1st.
